By using InfinityMailer, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use InfinityMailer.
InfinityMailer utilizes Gmail's infrastructure to send emails. Therefore, all account suspensions or deletions are handled by Google, not by us. Users must comply with Gmail’s terms of service and acceptable use policy.
Gmail imposes daily sending limits on accounts. InfinityMailer adheres to these limits. If you exceed Gmail's limits, you will need to wait until Gmail resets the limit.
We collect and store the email address you use to sign in, and the number of emails you send. We do not store the contents of your emails or recipient addresses.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security breach, we are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your data.
Users are prohibited from using InfinityMailer for spamming or sending unsolicited emails. Accounts found to be engaging in such activities will be terminated without notice.
Users can request to delete their account from our database. Upon receiving a request, we will permanently remove your data within a reasonable time frame.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfinityMailer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InfinityMailer, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of InfinityMailer constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is based.
